Its mechanical properties are similar to ABS, with high strength, toughness and heat resistance, but it is less difficult to print and has less warping. The surface is smooth, the interlayer adhesion is strong, and the printed product quality is high. In addition, ASA is more environmentally friendly and has less odor than ABS when printing. However, ASA still needs to be printed in a well-ventilated environment, and it is recommended to use a heated bed and a closed printing space to reduce warping.
