CF-PLA 3D printing filament is a high-strength composite material. By adding carbon fiber reinforcement to the PLA substrate, the rigidity, strength and wear resistance of the material are significantly improved, while maintaining the easy-to-print characteristics of PLA. Its printing temperature is slightly higher than that of ordinary PLA (, but the interlayer adhesion is strong, the finished product surface is smooth and the details are clear. The addition of carbon fiber makes the material lighter and reduces shrinkage and warping during printing, making it suitable for printing high-precision, high-strength functional parts. CF-PLA maintains the biodegradability of PLA, but is more suitable for applications that require higher mechanical properties, such as mechanical parts, tools and prototyping.

IEMAI 3D high-performance CF-PLA filament is based on FFF/FDM technology, with a commonly used diameter of 1.75 MM, 190-220C printing temperature, 0-60C hot bed temperature, and interlayer adhesion that greatly improves the strength and impact resistance of prototypes.
