GF-PA12 is a glass fiber reinforced PA. Compare to the carbon fiber reinforced plastic, this glass fiber reinforced plastic is flexible. It is stronger than many metals by weight, non-magnetic, non-conductive, transparent to electromagnetic radiation. It is chemically inert under many circumstances. As per original PA, GF-PA12 exhibits more excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing the layer adhesion. IEMAI has used it in various cases such as boxes and structural component of unmanned aircraft.
IEMAI 3D composite reinforcement GF-PA12 filament in diameter 1.75 mm is based on FFF/FDM technology with excellent layer adhesion. Thus, able to improve the strength and impact resistance of prototypes.
