Description
PA is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with low density but with high thermal stability. It resists temperature up to 180℃. It has excellent mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, and resistance to abrasion. PA is commonly applied in industry as it has good tenacity, cushioning at low temperature, and high impact resistance. It is versatile engineering thermoplastic especially used for wear-resistant parts and transmission structure parts like turbines, gears, bearings, impellers, cranks, instrument panels, drive shafts, valves, blades, screw rods, high-pressure washers, screws, nuts, sealing rings, shuttles, sleeves, shaft sleeve connectors, etc.
IEMAI 3D general engineering PA filament in diameter 1.75 mm is based on FFF/FDM technology with excellent layer adhesion. Thus, able to improve the strength and impact resistance of prototypes.
